Chef Dawson uses his expertise of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine to bring a unique experience to St. Louis. Chef Dawson has been in the culinary field for the last fifteen years; he studied under an Asian chef for a number of years and is a graduate of L'Ecole Culinaire, a St. Louis local culinary school.
